Improving Teacher Quality State Grants

Improving Teacher Quality State Grants: Included in the administration's proposal is a 5.4 percent cut to Improving Teacher Quality State Grants, compared to fiscal year 2008. The following table shows the cuts for each state, after taking inflation into account.
