President's Budget FY 2009 and Iraq War: State Impact

As the fifth anniversary of the Iraq War approaches on March 19th, the National Priorities Project takes stock of President Bush's spending priorities, examining the cost of the Iraq War, proposed budget cuts in domestic programs and the cost of keeping tax cuts for the wealthy.
