Fighting for a U.S. federal budget that prioritizes peace, economic security and shared prosperity
My husband's life was saved by a publicly funded hospital. Our family has been supported by my husband's SS disability. My Husband's medical needs have been paid for by Medicare and Medicaid. My children's medical needs have been paid for by Medicaid. Our family has been fed by SNAP benefits. We drive on public roads. We visit state parks because a $5 parking pass is cheaper than $50 a person at a theme park. My kids go to public schools. We visit public libraries. We understand the social contract and are grateful every day for this great nation.Karen from Danielsville, GA | Map
